11.00 - Annual service with 161st Manchester Scout Group.

• Jodrell's Own Scout Group: This year 161st Manchester Scout Group celebrate 100 years of camping at Taxal and will celebrate this with a service on Sunday 26 May at 11.00am at St James'. Please note the later time.   After the Scouts have paraded from the church to the campsite, there will be an Open Afternoon from 2.00pm at the campsite, with fairground stalls, cream teas and a hog roast.  For the less agile, a shuttle bus will run from the lay by on Long Hill to the camp site.  Please pass on this information to anyone who might be interested
